Forget sleep training. Let’s talk about sleep teaching.

Sleeping is a basic biological need. But sleeping well is a learned skill.

And just like any other skill, sometimes our children need help mastering it.

In their early years, we teach our children so many skills, all while remaining gentle, responsive and securely attached.

Teaching them to sleep does not have to be any different.

I can show you gentle techniques for teaching your child to fall asleep independently and remain asleep for 10-12 hours a night

… without the need for harsh methods like cry-it-out.

Most importantly, I can teach you how to make sleep a happy and positive experience for your child!

They will feel safe, loved and supported throughout.

We put so much pressure on ourselves as parents to do things perfectly.

The truth is that there is no such thing as “perfect” sleep when it comes to young children… but it can be pretty great.

So… what does success look like?

If you work with me, I can promise you two things:

You will come out of the process with a much better sleeper!

You will feel confident and well-equipped as a parent to handle the inevitable ups and downs.
