Terms & Conditions

  1. These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of one-to-one sleep support services (referred to interchangeably herein as the “Services” or “Consultations”) from Baby Brain Solutions Ltd (The “Company”), the owner and operator of this Website, Yawn Sleep Consultancy (the “Website”). 

  2. The purchase of any Services from the Website by the “Client” (the payer and receiver of the Services) will be deemed as acceptance of the following terms and conditions.

  3. The full fee for the Services services is due at the time of booking. The Company reserves the right to postpone or cancel any Consultations and/ or withhold services until full payment has been received.

  4. If a booking is cancelled by the Client (the payer and receiver of the Services) the following terms and conditions apply:

    a. Less than 24 hours’ notice given – no amount will be refunded

    b. 24-48 hours’ notice given – 50% of the payment amount will be refunded

    c. More than 48 hours’ notice given – 100% of the payment amount will be refunded

  5. If a Client demonstrates exceptional circumstances as the reason for a cancellation within 48 hours of the booking time, Yawn Sleep Consultancy may, on a case by case basis, accept a rescheduled appointment within 1 month of the original booking time.

  6. Yawn Sleep Consultancy reserves the right to cancel Consultations at short notice due to personal circumstances. In the event of Yawn Sleep Consultancy cancelling, the Client will be offered a full refund or alternative dates if preferred.

  7. In respect of each Sleep Plan (“Plan”) granted by Yawn Sleep Consultancy to the Client, the Client agrees that it shall not share their personalised Plan with any third party who is not a Client or is not directly involved in the care of the Client’s child(ren).

  8. Advice given by Yawn Sleep Consultancy is intended as advice related to sleep and is not intended as a substitute for medical advice from a GP or other medical expert.

  9. Yawn Sleep Consultancy team members advise Clients to the best of their ability, experience and training. The Company does not accept responsibility or liability for sleep and behavioural work that does not achieve the desired result following the Consultation process.

  10. If the Client’s child has an underlying health condition that is outside of our team’s expertise, or if the child’s age at the time of the Consultation is below the recommended age range for the chosen Service(s), Yawn Sleep Consultancy reserves the right to not proceed with the Consultation. If this is the case, the Client will receive a full refund.

  11. Yawn Sleep Consultancy is contactable at any time during the day but will respond when possible, as soon as possible after receipt of the contact from the Client, notwithstanding personal circumstances or holidays.

  12. Yawn Sleep Consultancy team members are willing to travel, on a case by case basis, to clients within London and beyond. Should travel be necessary, the Home Consultation price will be reflected to cover all reasonable expenses incurred including but not limited to travel, travel time and accommodation.

  13. Yawn Sleep Consultancy is entitled to request reviews from Clients about the Services they have received. 

  14. Yawn Sleep Consultancy reserves the right to cease the provision of support in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to: abuse or harassment from a Client to one of Yawn Sleep Consultancy’s team or if a Client sets up a competitor business including a sleep consultancy business during the duration of the support period and/or does not communicate this prior.

  15. Yawn Sleep Consultancy reserves the right to change the Terms & Conditions at any time.
